鱼子石榴（roe-form or pomegranate-like neoplasm），中医病名，属白睛病类，因热毒上壅，脉络瘀滞所致。临床以白睛或黑睛上赘生淡红色颗粒，密集如鱼子，或如石榴绽露等为特征的白睛病。[1]
