肾气不足证（syndrome/pattern of kidney qi deficiency），中医证候名，属肾虚证类，因肾气虚弱所致。临床以腰膝酸软，善恐、善忘，耳鸣，性欲衰退，脉弱等肾气虚证轻者为特征的证候。[1]
