窍络被蒙证（syndrome/pattern of clouded orifices and collaterals），中医证候名，属络脉证类，因湿浊、痰邪蒙蔽头面清窍所致。临床以头重昏蒙，鼻塞不闻香臭，视物不清，听音不真，嗜睡、困乏，舌苔滑腻，脉濡或滑等为特征的证候。[1]
