眼珠破损证（syndrome/pattern of eyeball damage），中医证候名，属外伤损目证类，因锐利或钝性物体刺击伤，眼珠破损所致。临床以眼球破裂，视力严重减退，眼内出血，甚则失明等为特征的证候。[1]
