外伤筋强证（syndrome/pattern of external injury and stiff sinews），中医证候名，属外伤筋骨证类，因暴力伤筋，气血瘀滞所致。临床以外伤后局部筋肌僵硬、板滞或肿胀，不能正常活动，或稍动则痛等为特征的证候。[1]
