产后恶血冲胃（postpartum lochia ramming the stomach），中医病名，属产后类病类，因产后恶露不尽，复为食伤，恶血随气上逆、入于脾胃所致。临床以产后恶露未尽，脘腹疼痛，恶心、呕哕，饱闷不食等为特征的产后病。[1]
