陰液虧脫証（syndrome/pattern of yin humor deficiency and prostration），中醫証候名，屬陰虛証類，泛指因高熱、劇烈吐瀉、大出血，或久病虛損，陰液虧耗、虛脫，或真陰衰竭所引起的一類危重証候。[1]
