肺大腸兼証（syndrome/pattern of lung and large intestine complex），中醫証候名，屬肺臟兼証類，泛指由肺病及大腸，或同時出現肺、大腸相關徵象等為特徵的一類証候。[1]
本類下轄的具體証候主要有肺熱移腸証、肺燥腸熱証、肺燥腸閉証、肺虛腸脫証。
