少陰熱化証（syndrome/pattern of shaoyin heat transforming into heat），中醫証候名，屬少陰証類，因秉質陰虛，邪入少陰，從陽熱化所致。臨床以身熱、心煩不得臥，口燥、咽干，舌質紅，舌苔少或無，脈細數無力等為特徵的証候。[1]
