外傷筋強証（syndrome/pattern of external injury and stiff sinews），中醫証候名，屬外傷筋骨証類，因暴力傷筋，氣血瘀滯所致。臨床以外傷後局部筋肌僵硬、板滯或腫脹，不能正常活動，或稍動則痛等為特徵的証候。[1]
