鼻伤衄血证（syndrome/pattern of epistaxis due to traumatic injury），中医证候名，属外伤损鼻证类，因鼻部遭受外力伤损所致。临床以鼻部红肿青紫、疼痛，鼻衄不止，脉弦紧或偏数等为特征的证候。[1]
