肝火犯头证（syndrome/pattern of liver fire invading the head），中医证候名，属肝火证类，因肝火上炎，侵扰头部所致。临床以头痛剧烈，或如刀劈，面红、目赤，急躁、易怒，口苦，舌质红，脉弦数等为特征的证候。[1]
