小腸癉（small intestinal heat disease），中醫病名，屬脾系病類，因本有濕熱內蘊，邪毒內結，氣血瘀滯，腸絡受損，復加飲食不潔誘發所致。臨床以驟然腹痛、腹瀉，伴見發熱，便血等為特徵的脾系病。[1]
