外伤损鼻证（syndrome/pattern of external injury damaging the nose），中医证候名，属外伤证类，泛指因外力作用于鼻所引起鼻损伤一类证候。[1]
本类下辖的具体证候主要有鼻伤衄血证、鼻伤骨折证。
