肉轮痰湿证（syndrome/pattern of phlegm-dampness in the flesh wheel），属肉轮证类，因痰湿蕴结于胞睑所致。临床以胞睑肿胀或肿块，眼睑重坠，舌苔滑腻，脉弦或滑，可伴见体胖、身重，胸闷、痰多等为特征的证候。[1]
