雞冠蜆肉（crest-like or clam-form blepharal neoplasm），中醫病名，屬胞瞼病類，因脾胃積熱，熱毒瘀結所致。臨床以瞼眥之內，瘀肉高起，形如雞冠，或如蜆肉等為特徵的胞瞼病。[1]
