胞虚如球（ball-like edema of the eyelid），中医病名，属胞睑病类，因脾肾阳虚，水湿上泛，或心肺气虚，推动无力所致。临床以胞睑肿胀，虚软如球，皮色如常，按之不痛等为特征的胞睑病。[1]
