撞擊傷目証（syndrome/pattern of ocular damage due to impact），中醫証候名，屬外傷損目証類，因眼部受鈍力撞擊所致。臨床以受傷眼胞瞼及眼周青紫、腫脹、疼痛，無穿破傷口等為特徵的証候。[1]
