鸡冠蚬肉（crest-like or clam-form blepharal neoplasm），中医病名，属胞睑病类，因脾胃积热，热毒瘀结所致。临床以睑眦之内，瘀肉高起，形如鸡冠，或如蚬肉等为特征的胞睑病。[1]
