狐惑（erosion of throat, anus and genitalia），疾病名称，属皮肤类病类，因湿热毒邪郁遏不化所致。临床以状似伤寒，神情恍惚，沉默欲眠，食欲不振，卧起不安，口咽、阴部蚀烂，目赤如鸠眼等为特征的皮肤病。[1]
